After successful application of the trade licensing form, the applicant will receive an invoice for payment of the trade license. A payment dependent on the business activity selected, as per the Kisumu county revenue schedule, is made on submission for payment for the trade license and public health certificate. Processing is done electronically. There are several modes of payment available such as: MPESA, VISA, Airtel Money and others. Payment is only done once the application is at the Payment Stage (the client is notified to make a payment and follows the instructions provided). The Kisumu e-services system uses Pesaflow as the payments aggregator to collect payments for the County.
